Key managers
The managers will be in charge of the entire gym and facility on a day to day basis. They will be responsible for making sure customers are happy, meeting with potential clients, the interviewing and hiring process, will have the some say in ordering new equipment/machines, marketing the business/getting our name out there and handling any complaints or problems appropriately with the help of the board of directors, but the CEO and board of directors have the final say.
All managers have customer service and communication skills, be a good problem-solver, able to motivate employees, and be determined to grow the business. Someone with at least an associate’s degree in management is desired. Managers also must be certified in CPR and emergency situations ($45k per year salary with potential for bonuses depending on success).
Managers will report to the Vice Presidents of their department (Quality Control, Human Resources, Legal, Construction, Finance, and Marketing). The Vice Presidents will then report to the President of their department who will report to the Vice Chairman who reports to the Chairman.

Two part-time front desk employees that will be responsible for checking members in, signing up new customers for memberships, taking phone calls and handling other paperwork. Must have good customer service skills and also CPR certified in case of an emergency ($10/hour). No degree required.
One full-time financial employee that will handle any costs/expenses of equipment, bills (electricity, water, rent), calculate revenue brought in from memberships and other sources, estimate projected growth for the future and hypothesize where we can make better decisions with our money in regards to purchasing and advertising. Must have good computer and communication skills, knowledge of accounting and math ($22/hour). Financial/accounting degree required.
Three full-time personal trainers with knowledge of personal fitness, nutrition and exercising in general. Trainers with previous experience would be desired. Must have good communication skills, be hard working and able to motivate clients and also persuasive to be able to talk members into signing up with them (They charge at their own rate, it does not cost us to employ them. We allow them to work at our gym and they will pay us a commission for each client, around 5%)
One maintenance man to keep up with the daily tasks that will need done such as cleaning the gym and bathroom areas, fixing any machines that may have problems, any electrical problems, and upkeep around the building such as emptying trash and litter cleanup. ($15/hour). No degree required.
Full time employees will be eligible for a healthcare plan and a retirement plan (401K). Part time employees will not have the opportunity for these benefits.
Although all gym members and employees will be forced to sign a waiver upon signing up, we will have an attorney in case of any lawsuits that may occur. All employees must follow our privacy policy or legal actions will be taken against them in the threat of our members privacy.
